These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Infracos.io website and engagement with our infrastructure consulting services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Infracos.io provides business infrastructure consulting, operational design, workflow engineering, and related advisory services. The specific scope of services for each engagement is defined in a separate Statement of Work or Engagement Agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into agreements on behalf of your organization. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Client Obligations

As a client of Infracos.io, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your organization and operations.
• Cooperate with our team during the engagement process.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies and frameworks.
• Pay fees in accordance with the agreed engagement terms.
• Ensure appropriate internal stakeholders are available for required sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools developed by Infracos.io remain the intellectual property of Infracos.io. Deliverables created specifically for your organization during an engagement are licensed to you upon full payment of engagement fees.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the other's proprietary information. We will not disclose your business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or with anonymization for case study purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual engagement agreements. Infracos.io reserves the right to pause or terminate services for overdue invoices. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Infracos.io's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we are committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure consulting, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Results depend on client implementation, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
